Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: Custom products (e.g. personalized designs) are non-returnable unless there’s a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was received.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defect).

For approved returns, we’ll provide a return shipping label.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.
